Roommates: 2 great guys in their late-20s/early-30s. Both are grad students at Columbia. They work long hours, so the apartment is quite quiet.

Logistics: Available immediately—March 1, 2019—for a month-to-month commitment, however long-term is preferred. You will have the option of joining the lease in June, if desired.

Financials: Security and first month's rent required. Can prorate for month of March.
