Property Details
I have a bedroom available in our 3 bedroom bi-level, Doorman building, apartment. The bedroom is a HUGE L-shaped bedroom with a large walk-in-closet. The bedroom is located in the upstairs portion. The main level has a kitchen, large living room, bedroom and bath. Upstairs there is ANOTHER small living room, your bedroom, my bedroom and another bathroom. The apartment is quite large. The only 2 QUIRKS: the upstairs ceilings are low 6'-7' depending on where you are standing :) and the bedroom does not have a window.
That being said directly across from the room is a balcony door that lets in light and also opens up. The last roommates have generally left the balcony door open and with a fan have been very comfortable.
Apt: The overall apartment is quite large, approx 1,100sqft. This a doorman building with laundry on every floor. Electric + Cable/Wifi is approx $100/pp per month (a little more during the summer)
I would like to find a roommate in the next week or so. This would be for a FEBRUARY 1st move-in (possibly sooner). You will need to provide 1st month, last month, and a security deposit ($4,250).
About you: late 20s/early-late 30s, female, normal work hours (M-F 9-6), not crazy (please!!), responsible and respectful
About me: I'm in my early 30s, female, I've lived in this apartment for 2 years now and the 2 current roommates are both leaving (One is leaving the city entirely and the other is moving in with her boyfriend). I keep relatively normal hours during the week and but due to the size of the apartment we probably won't cross paths all that often during the week. I enjoy going out on the weekends with friends and also staying in and binge watching TV ;) I don't usually bring the party home and would expect the same from a roommate.
Please email and tell me some background about yourself and interests. Also, please let me know when you would be available to see the apartment.
Thanks!!
Diane
