No brokers fee - I am the current tenant. Willing to be a bit flexible with earlier/ later move-in dates if needed.

Additional fee

Credit check with building (I think it is $50 or so). They will also require all normal paperwork for a lease, such as previous rental references, letter of employment and tax returns.

Renewal would be offered, but am not sure if you could renew for the same price or not.
