I am looking to sublet my large bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment from January 2nd - July 31st (lease ends July 31st, but you can resign). The apartment is very clean, everything will be furnished except the bedroom. The bedroom is extremely large, can fit a queen or king bed, dresser, and desk. I live with two girls. One of the girls is 24, a teacher in Harlem, and is extremely friendly and welcoming. The other girl is 23, works at a marketing company, and is very friendly. Both are extremely clean, non-smokers, quiet past 9:30pm on weeknights. Both do go out on the weekends, but are queit coming in the door at night. Rent is $1430.00 per month and it is due on the 1st-10th of every month. Rent includes water and heat. Electric is usually around $25 a person in the winter, and around $40-$50 a person in the summer. Cable is $45 dollars per person as well. Laundry is in the building. I am looking for someone who is clean, early-mid 20's, non-smoker, and no pets. You will need to pay 1st months rent and security come December 31st.
