Luxury doorman building with a beautiful, spacious 1BR that overlooks the Hudson River on the 32nd floor. One of my favorite apartments I have ever stayed in! Looking to find a replacement quickly as I am changing job locations.

Spacious closet space. Apartment has a flex space that other roommate would occupy. There is still a common space with a couch/TV. Gym, laundry, elevator, and friendly doorman.

I may be willing to sell some furniture.

Additional fee

Apply online. Current roommate(s) and the new person will have to show a combined total of 40x the monthly rent.
1. Copy of US photo ID or US Visa

2. Last 2 months of bank statements

3. Letter of employment stating the lease assignment’s salary, position and start date. Letter must be on company letterhead, signed and dated in the last 30 days.

4. Last 2 pay stubs

5. If self-employed we will need items 1 and 2 from the above list and your 2016 and 2017 tax returns, along with a certified CPA letter stating the AGI for the last 2 years

Other info

Probably can reapply after the current lease is up if you like the place/building.
