We are relocating to the west coast(March 31) and are looking for somebody to take over our lease until the end of September.
You will have the option to renew the lease directly with the landlord afterwards.

This apartment is VERY conveniently located:
* 2 blocks from the B/Q/R, 3 blocks to the 2/3/4/5, 5 blocks to the ACG
* 10 minute walk to Atlantic Terminal (N/Q/R/D/B/2/3/4/5, LIRR)
* 5 minute walk to City Point (Dekalb Market, Alamo Drafthouse Theatre, Target)
* 2 blocks from beautiful Fort Greene Park, where there is a farmer's market every Saturday

The apartment itself is bright, spacious, and overall quite lovely. Features include:

What isn't so great about this place?
It's a 4th floor walk up and sometimes you can hear traffic.
But we really love this apartment, and we would stay if we didn't have to move across the country!
We can't recommend it enough and hope somebody will enjoy this space as much as we did.
