Property Details

The building is super convenient to all of the subway lines (3 mins from the Atlantic Terminal) and there's a Whole Foods 365 on the ground level. There's also really great staff, a package receiving service, elevators, a brand new gym and lounge on the 29th floor with a roof deck with amazing views. BAM and Tacombi are across the street and the Apple Store attached to the back side of the building.

The apartment itself can come semi-furnished or empty (we can leave a couch, mattress, and dining table). It is on the 15th floor, faces south west, and gets great light with a dishwasher, views to the Statue of Liberty and East River, and has a washer and dryer (in unit). We were the first tenants to move in so everything is new. We also built a divider in the space that acts as a headboard on one side and kitchen counter with storage on the other side which we can leave if you'd like.

Incentives

We received a discounted net rate as the first tenants but pay more monthly. We can pass on the lower net rate to you through June.

Additional fee

If you would like to move forward with the lease, the building requires that you fill out their normal online application (including a letter of employment stating your salary and two recent pay stubs if you are employed, or certain other information if you are not employed) and pay a $150 fee to On-Site.
