Property Details

This spacious 2 bedroom apartment is situated on 113th St and Malcolm X Boulevard 2 minutes away from the 110th St 2/3 express stop and Central Park. I will be leaving the country on 18 December and am looking for someone to take my place beginning as soon as possible after that. My roommate (a Master's student at Columbia University) will continue to live in the apartment. Your lease will run till May at which point you can renew it if you'd like.

The apartment is very spacious, gets plenty of natural light, and is on the 2nd floor of the building. The apartment was renovated prior to our move-in (in June of this year) so everything is new. The total rent will be $1,325/month. This doesn't include gas, electric and internet ( less than $50 per person per month). We would also request a 1 time payment of ~ $200 towards half the cost recent/new furnishings which you will share with Stephanie. As context we traveled a fair amount since we moved in and only recently began to furnish the shared spaces from scratch. You would share ownership of the dining table and chairs, coffee table, floor lamp and blinds that have all been recently/just purchased.

The neighborhood - The 2/3 trains are around the corner (110th and Malcolm X). Also on this corner are buses that get you to the east side/Museum Mile and beyond. In addition, the B/C 110 stop is a 10 minute walk away.

What we are looking for - We are looking for a F student or professional, who is a non-smoker, and is keen to keep the shared spaces clean.
