Hi! We are looking for a female young professional to take over the lease for a one bedroom available in our 3 bedroom, luxury apartment in the financial district. This is a doorman building with two furnished rooftops, laundry in the building and a complimentary gym. The entire apartment is beautifully furnished, you would only need to bring furniture for your bedroom. Our roommate is moving and would need someone to sign on for the rest of her lease (4 months) plus an additional year. The rent would be $1,700 per month and the move in date would be flexible between the end of June/early July.
