Current Landlord Recommendation (If a student, provide letter from parents)
Proof of Rent Payment to Current Landlord (last 6 months of rent payments via account ledger from landlord or bank statements highlighting cashed payments) (If a student, must prepay lease)
2 Most Recent Pay Stubs - you must make 40xs the standard rent of $2,750, i.e. $110,000. OR you can prepay and waive this requirement.

Once approved, you'll also pay a $150 processing fee to take over the lease.
