I am on the lease looking for a temporary roommate. I’m a hairdresser working in the film and tv business here in NY. I have very early mornings and long hours. I have a cleaning person come once a month but love a roommate that keeps common areas decluttered and clean. I’m not ridiculous with cleaning but know my limits on messy roommates.

One months rent as a deposit and one months Rent will be paid before move in. Rent will be paid by the 1st of every month. Rent can be paid through Venmo or an agreed money app. If you are interested in this room please tell me a little about yourself and the schedule you keep.
