I am in search of a new roommate for a luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit in Battery Park. You have your own bedroom and own bathroom (with enormous shower). It has top of the line appliances, dishwasher in unit and washer and dryer in unit as well. There's a wine cooler (I wish I used it more) and tons of closets and room! There's an amazing gym (full with machines, free weights, lots of cardio, including a Peloton machine), resident's lounge (with pool table), bike storage room, amazing doormen, and super convenient to subways, groceries and restaurants (including a delicious Italian restaurant and coffee shops in the building). Only looking for non-smokers. If you have a car, there is valet parking for the building, a garage next door and free street parking around the building as well. I'm a former banker / consultant turned entrepreneur and pretty easy going.
