We're moving out of this beautiful river front apartment for a job relocation overseas. The lease assignment is 5 months from Dec 1, 2016 to April 30, 2017 and to help you, the rent will only cost you $3164 per month for these 5 months! The actual rent is $4520, however we will pay you $6780 in cash up front to cover the difference. Plus we will cover your application fees! You will be given an opportunity to sign a new 12 month lease at the end of this lease assignment.

Our river front apartment has stunning hardwood floors, high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing for ample sunlight and spectacular river and skyline views stretching from midtown Manhattan to the Financial District. This beautiful apartment also has its own washer and dryer, and your own private balcony to relax or entertain on.
