My apartment is amazing, and my favorite place I've ever lived -- unfortunately my situation has changed and I have to move out. I'm heartbroken, but you can be the silver lining on my dark cloud!

34 Berry is an incredible rental building in the perfect location within Williamsburg. A 10 minute walk from every part of the neighborhood, you literally couldn't ask for a better location. It's right next to McCarren Park and steps from Brooklyn Bowl, the William Vale, and countless restaurants.

The apartment itself is a wonderful studio (you would be subletting the entire apartment), with an in-unit washer/dryer, a built-in HVAC system, and an absurd amount of natural light. Most utilities are included, with the only tenant-paid utilities being electricity and internet/cable.

A 24-hour doorman, community landscaped courtyard, gym, roof, and live-in maintenance man make the building absolute perfection (and help explain why I'm so bummed to be leaving). There's even free coffee every day in the lobby!

And, living so close to the G train and the ferry dock make worries about the L-train shutdown somewhat obsolete.

I'm looking for a 6 month sublet, beginning as early as January 1, and running through the end of June. If you want to stay longer than that, you can sign a new lease with the building management. Additional fee

There may be a small credit check fee -- if we decide to move forward in the subletting process, we'll use a service called "Flip Lease" to vet both sides and establish employment verification and such.
