I am subletting my room in a beautiful, modern, sun-filled 3 bed 2 full bath penthouse apartment in Long Island City for the months of January and February 2019. I can be flexible with the move-in date, if you'd need to move in in late December as well. The rent is $1400/month, and your credit and background would be checked by my landlord (I'll pay for the credit check!). You'll be sharing the apartment with two mid-20's females, who both work full time in professional careers. We are looking for a similar female to fill my room for the last 2 months of our lease.

About the Apartment:
This apartment has everything you could possibly need for an easy, convenient two months in the city. One highlight is the natural light and large private deck - but for those days you need to sleep in, there are easy to operate (and very effective) blackout shades in the room and a partial shade in the kitchen. This room will come with a bed with under bed storage, bedside tables, and a closet. This apartment also features two full bathrooms, so you'll never wait for the shower! The apartment's kitchen and living space are also fully furnished and stocked, with a four-chair table, couch, storage space, stove top and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge - and, all the appliances are less than a year old! The building staff is also incredibly responsive, and has fixed at least 5 things for us this year that other buildings would've told me to fix myself. The apartment buildings' common spaces are also excellent (functional and well-designed): I love the gym (free to use), downstairs coworking space, in building laundry (all super new), pool table, ping pong table, and movie room. The cherry on top is the Manhattan skyline-facing fully furnished rooftop deck, complete with a fireplace and communal grills. Transportation is also easy, given our proximity to Queensboro and Queens Plaza trains.

This apartment is within easy of reach of any job in Midtown, Long Island City, or North Brooklyn. We are a 6 minute walk from the 36th Ave N/W stop, and
