I have to relocate overseas on very short notice and have to sublet or break my lease. The appartment is absolutely stunning and I will really miss it. It is in excellent condition with perfect layout for a couple, a small family or a share and the location is ideal, close to everything yet on a beautiful and quiet residential bloc of Park Ave, with the 33rd street station on the corner, and great restaurants all around (and a Trader Joes on 32nd!). The building is extremely well maintained and the super is fabulous. Heating is included and I will leave three AC units in the apartment for anyone who is taking it. Cats and dogs allowed.. My lease ends in June but note that the unit is currently listed with an agent for anyone who wanst to start a new lease. But if you take a sublet, the apartment comes for cheaper and with no agent's fee. Willing to negotiate reward if you take it by mid-October.
