Apartment takeover for penthouse two bedroom apartment with custom appliance, flooring, and TWO BALCONIES. This unit once belonged to the construction manager of all of Newport NJ, so it is different than all other units in Aquablu.

Aquablu was built about 10 years ago, is in the North end of the Newport neighborhood, and is a 6-7 minute walk to the Newport PATH station and about 8-10 minutes to the Hoboken PATH/NJ Transit/Ferry terminal. There are multiple grocery stores nearby (including one plus a liquor store at the foot of the building).

We are seeking a takeover starting on 12/01/2018. After the current lease ends on 6/8/2019, you will be able to renew the lease with the landlord.

Takeover requires first month rent and deposit (equal to one month of rent) and Landlord Approval. Rent amount includes $40 amenity fee (see"BUILDING AMENITIES" below), gas, and water. Pet rent not included but $50/month. You will be responsible for electricity (PSEG), internet/cable (FIOS), and renters insurance (required) separately. Parking is separate from the building, but about 1 minute away and is managed/negotiated separately from the lease.
