Me: looking for a female to sublet my 1 room (the master bedroom) in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex apartment with an enormous private outdoor terrace in Williamsburg, Brooklyn!! The room can come furnished if requested! The room is available for December 1, 2018 through March 31, 2019 (4 months) or through April 30th 2020 (17 months).

The apartment: The other two bedrooms are on the lower level and mine is on the main floor. One bedroom downstairs has it's own private bathroom. The apartment has a large common space and kitchen. My bedroom is very large at 14x14 ft (can fit a king size bed and couch) with a huge private terrace (40x12 ft) connected to my bedroom, and TWO closets!

Amenities: Private terrace, central air, laundry, gym, doggy spa, elevator, and parking in the building. Beautifully designed rooftop access for gatherings. A few blocks from the JMZ at Lorimer, G at Broadway, and L at Montrose, all 35 minutes to Midtown Manhattan.

Your future potential roommates: The other 2 roommates are both 28 year old females who work in Manhattan 9-6pm M-F. Everyone is clean and respectful of each other's space. We all live busy lives but when possible do enjoy spending time together going out at night or hanging in with some Netflix and wine!
