I am looking for a queer-friendly and kid-friendly roommate to live with me and my vivacious toddler in a big 2 BR apartment with balcony in an elevator building in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Well-placed between Franklin Ave and Washington Ave, capturing the best of dining and drinks the neighborhood has to offer. Lots of stuff for families, near all train lines but the F, D and N. Literally near every other train.

3 days/week there could be my daughter and one other child coming/going, other 2 days the house is quiet as my daughter will be at school. That being said, this is not for the person who is working from home 75% or more of the time.

No smokers, no parties, no pets, no drugs, overnight guests at a minimum. This is the home of a small child. If you are responsible, considerate, financially and emotionally stable, professional and not just hanging around the apartment all day, please get in touch!

Rent is $1200 and includes all utilities. Need 1st, last and a security deposit, plus 2 references that you are solid. We will go month-to-month until we are sure we are a good match.

Room is furnished, but can easily be unfurnished if need be.
