Clean, safe area.

Only 1 person per room! Couples need to rent the entire apartment.

Requirements: Looking for students with a Jobletter or internship confirmation.

2 minutes walk from 59th street N (express)/R station. Brooklyn, Sunset Park, 59th Street, Between 5th & 6th Avenue.
30 mins train ride to Midtown or Financial District /Manhattan
25 mins train ride to NYU WSQ & The New School

There is no A/C in the apartment, only fans. If this is important for you, our landlady said it would cost 50/ up to 250 to buy a used / new window unit and she can help with installing it.
