Property Details

am looking for a sub-letter for my room in my apartment for the months of June and July 2024. The address in 310 Greenwich street and am offering the largest bedroom of a 3 bedroom unit on the 38th floor.

Easy going environment. Very physically active, the two additional roommates played sports in college. One works in office full time and is not around all too often. The other splits time varying week to week but has a we work space as well. They spend probably 5-6 nights a week at the apartment. Week nights were usually working out, then cooking/cleaning/working to wrap up day. Weekends we like to go out and also do activities like road bike/run. We don’t use the space as party spot but more casual for drinks with friends hang out space, nothing crazy. We do our best to keep it clean and abide by the micro clean policy so we don’t have to do a big massive clean all at once. Also will occasionally call a cleaning service to give us a fully clean slate.

Neighborhood is ideal as it gets a lot of young professionals and families. Very quaint and charming. Tons of restaurants/bars/coffee shops. We have great accessibility to grocery stores with Whole Foods nearby (2 blocks) and Trader Joe’s (less than a mile). Cross streets are Greenwich and Duane street. Were a 3 minute walk to the 1,2,3 train and close to 4,5,6 & A,C,E.

ABOUT THIS LISTER
I have lived here for 2 years. Love the unit, building, neighborhood. I am
moving in with my girlfriend.

Roommate 1: works in investment banking. Works long hours and is rarely around. Lifelong best friends great guy easy going will have no trouble getting along with.

Roommate 2: hybrid working schedule. Will hang out a lot. He’s a great guy super funny, very caring, easy going, down for whatever. He cooks and cleans. Plays in sports league around the city.

Between the two of them I couldn’t think of an easier group to assimilate into for the two months. You’ll end up becoming fast friends and would imagine y’all would hang out even after sublet.
