Rent is $1875 a month including free high speed internet access / Maid service twice a month is provided on weekend near 15th and 31st of each month and also included estimated $50 per month electricity in rent !
( please note electricity is shared 50 percent for each tenant so if it go over $50 per month per person then you will be charge the extra of the half shared bill that go over the $50 per month )

The bedroom is super sunny during the day and has 2 window with Ac / a full size storage bed , a wall desk system and the bedroom has a 32 inches TV with Roku facing the bed , bedroom doors are made of steel and double layer of glasses with blind in mini blind so it block sounds from outside and tenant can open or close the door blind with the button on the doors ! There’s 2 closets by bathroom and one by entrance of the apartment for this room tenant to use!

Living room has a wall of bookshelves/ a sofa with a dinning table / coffee table height adjustable and can expand to seat 6 people/ a electric fireplace next to sofa / wall cabinet and floor cabinet next to kitchen for extra storage plus a shoes cabinet mounted on wall near apt entrance !

Roommate is a very easy going girl that works at NYU hospital normally go to work from around 6pm and come home at 8am to sleep ! She doesn’t mind share the apartment with guy or girl as long as he or she is NON smoker !
