Property will be available as soon as June 21st, but later start dates will also be considered. Property is available for either a 4 - 4.5 month lease assignment or a new 12 month lease. 1. Each applicant (and guarantor, if applicable) must complete an online application which will include the following:
2. Submit an initial $1,000 deposit when the primary applicant is completing the application via Prospect Connect. A link will bring you to ClickPay portal, please select “EOS Market Operating” and your preferred unit, and enter $1,000 under “Security Deposit”.
3. Securely upload the following documents to Prospect Connect account:
a) government issued photo ID
b) two most recent bank statements
c) income verification documents
