I'm subletting my conveniently located Long Island City apartment, situated right by the water on the east river for 4 months with the option to renew the lease (June 10 - Sept 27). I'm moving out of the city because my employer is relocating the office,

The apartment is shared and offers breathtaking views of Manhattan and the empire state from the 27th floor. There are parks right by the water where you can enjoy with your pet if you have one, and the ferry to 34th street is directly 2 min walking from the building. The building, which is less than 3 years old, is full of amenities and other perks to take advantage of. My only regret is that I cannot wait for the lease to end due to the impending office move.

- The Room: comes with a closet, no desk or bed mattress but if you want I’ll throw you in the bedframe for free if you need it (makes life easier for me and you)
