Great 2 bedroom. Newly renovated, this floor just became apartments 1.5 years ago when the last remaining floors were converted from commercial. Building has 24 hour doorman, gym, large rec room with TV's and pool table, as well as wrap around deck on the 19th floor.

See pics, but rooms are huge. We have a California King, desk, and dresser in one room!

Ideally would like to rent unfurnished (what this price point represents), however can leave bedroom and living room furnished for extra $, which can be discussed.

We've been in the building for 5.5 years (different apartment before this one) and hate to leave, but we are moving out of the city.

Need to find a renter asap for reassignment.

If signed by end of March can offer $500 off per month. I will also pay for application fee if approved.

Additional fee

This is a lease assignment, so you'd carry the lease with building, as such, they require the following. As mentioned in incentives, if approved, I'll reimburse the application fee is approved.

Please note you need to make 40X rent, this requires a combined income of $180k - or may be able to pay upfront for 3 months if this requirement can't be met.

• On-Site Individual Application
• Copy of valid Government Photo ID
• Current Letter of Employment
• Current Landlord Recommendation
• Last 6 months of rent payments via account ledger from Landlord or via applicant bank statements highlighting cashed payments
• 2 Most Recent Pay Stubs
• 2 Most Recent Bank Statements
• Most Recent Federal Tax Return (i.e. 1040)

*** If you are a STUDENT you are note required to pay stubs or a tax return, but do need to provide a student ID.
