Walking distance to the new Westfield mall/World Trade Center complex and the Brookfield Place mall and restaurants in Battery Park. Two blocks from the Seaport and a five minute walk to Stone Street. A few blocks from Wall Street and the stock exchange. Two grocery stores within a block. Twenty four hour 7/11 across the street and a Duane Reade around the corner. Lots of restaurants/bars in easy walking distance. The only reason I'm moving out is to move in with my girlfriend.
