Property Details

We love our apartment in Battery Park but my husband and I are relocating to Colorado so need someone to take over the lease directly with the property management company for the remaining 12 months until Oct 2019 (as we originally signed up for 24 months).

Our amazing view from the 27th floor over looks North Cove Marina and One World Trade in Battery Park. Both the living room and the bedroom overlook the water. The apartment has really generous closet space, including a walk in closet. The complex has an outdoor swimming pool, gym, lawn area, communal terrace with BBQs, 24 hour doorman, seconds away from Brookfield Place and the nearby restaurants on the water. Less than 10 minute walk to Tribeca. Taxi rank right by the building so you can always get a taxi.

The apartment is within 5 minute walk of One World Trade station, A,C,E, PATH and you can walk through Brookfield Place / the Oculus so good for winter months. Close to Fulton Street Station too.

Additional fee

To qualify, a client must earn 40x one month’s rent in a year. Typically they must provide us with most recent w2, 2 most recent paystubs, copy of photo id and most recent bank statement or utility bill for proof of address (in addition to the completed application).
