Apartment is extremely quiet and peaceful, given location on backside of building facing private outdoor patio. Apartment has exposed brick throughout the bedroom and living room & a non-working fireplace. Apartment is in great condition with wood floors, hasn't had any pets, and with a non-smoker. Apartment includes dishwasher. Laundry facility in building.

Best part of the apartment is the amazing private outdoor space (large enough to fit ~15-20 people) that overlooks a beautiful large tree that provides afternoon sun (may be willing to provide some outdoor furniture). The apt is two floors up in a walk-up building. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. Super is an awesome guy and very responsive to any requests.

It’s in a very convenient location with access to Grand Central trains/subways within 5 minute walk (thanks to the Shuttle/7 subway, west side subways are within 10 minutes) and many restaurants, bars, and grocery store around the corner. Citi Bikes are down the block.

Can be flexible on timing, but looking to have the new lease start in middle/end of October.
