This is a four story walkup located in the Ditmars area of Astoria. Neighborhood is very quiet -but only a short walk from Steinway and the Ditmars shopping, and only 4 blocks to Astoria Park (dog park, swimming pool). Apartment is 4 blocks from the N/W trains and is about 15 minutes on the train into Manhattan.

Apartment features a huge one bedroom (we fit a king sized bed, two dressers, a wardrobe, and two dog crates in the room), plus one bathroom, oversized kitchen with updated counters and cabinets, plus roomy living room. Apartment has three closets, including two standard coat or mud closets and one deep walk in storage closet. Bedroom features beautiful skyline views of Manhattan and the area bridges.

Building is very safe and the landlord has been very attentive to our needs. The building has a lot of young professional couples. Pets are allowed with landlord pre-approval (we have two small Chihuahuas and there are other dogs in the building).

Apartment is located on 4th floor.
