Here you will have the convenience and luxury of both an on-site gym, exclusive to the building’s residents, and shared laundry facilities. The building features an intercom system to allow entry for guests.

You’ll love the modern accents of the apartment’s lovely furniture. The living area is bathed in light thanks to the unit’s skylight, and it features several seating options, including a comfortable sofa. Perfect for unwinding with some television, it also expands into a queen sized bed for weekend guests. There are stainless steel appliances and tile floors in the kitchen, which has most appliances needed for cooking during your stay. A dishwasher is also provided for your convenience. Bedroom 1 offer a queen sized bed and bedroom 2 offers a double bed. Both offer air conditioning. The windows in the bedrooms overlook the street, with great views of the neighborhood.

The East Village is the ideal base for your time here. Shop at world famous Strand Bookstore, a few avenues to the west of your two bedroom on 12th Street. Third Avenue features a great selection of bars and restaurants, such as nearby Momofoku Ssam Bar, which is acclaimed for serving delicious and creative meals and cocktails from a menu that changes daily. You are also a short distance from Union Square Park, one of New York’s most famous patches of green. Here you can visit one of the NYC’s best Farmer’s Markets, held several days per week, year round. The Trader Joe’s Supermarket on 14th Street between Second and Third Avenues is an easy walk from your apartment and a great place to pick up the essentials.

In addition to the transit hub at 14th Street and Union Square, where you can catch the N, Q, R, 4, 5, 6, and L trains you have the added convenience of two stops in even closer proximity. The L train is accessible at 14th Street and Third Avenue, and provides quick access to Brooklyn and the west side of Manhattan. You can also find the 6 train at Astor Place and Fourth Avenue.
