Lease Takeover for One Room in Outpost Club Williamsburg - $2100 (+$149 utilities fixed price). I'm looking for anyone to take over my lease at the Outpost Club in Williamsburg from now - April 18 2025 (with option to renew after) at a discount of $250+/month off the normal rate!
Located on 6th and Bedford (186 North 6th St) is right next to the Bedford L stop (~2min walk) which gets you to Manhattan in 10 min.
I have moved out for work relocation, and the room is empty. You would connect with the Outpost Club team to sign the room. I will connect you to them.
The apartment is a 4 bed 2 bath on the 4th floor (with 2 elevators in the building)! The room comes fully furnished with plenty of closet space, a desk, chair, nightstand, etc with a very nice view of Brooklyn and AC in each room. There is also a full storage room in the apartment (not just a closet).
The building is very modern with lots of amenities like a free laundry room, movie theater, several beautiful common spaces for working and hanging out, and best of all the rooftop with stunning views of the Manhattan skyline.
The usual month-to-month price in this place would be $2450+/month incl. utilities, but you would only be paying $2100 (+$149 utilities fixed price). I will pay the sublet swap fee, if they ask for it.
Outpost Club is extremely international friendly - you would need to pass a background check and provide bank statements, but other than that it's a pretty simple process (no pre-existing credit score required for internationals)!
Outpost Club is an internationally friendly co-living space so roommates change semi-regularly but everyone I have lived with has been clean and nice.
