Great spacious studio (7th floor) with a nice view and lots of natural light. It has a great fully equipped kitchen that includes a dishwasher. The laundry room is just next door, which is very convenient. The bathroom has big mirrors and the bathtub was replaced recently.
The unit will be rented in as-is condition, but as you can see in the pictures the apartment is very well maintained. Furniture is not included. I loved living in this apartment, I'm just breaking the lease because I am moving to another country.
