The large living room window brings in a LOT of natural light, facing west. There are also four other windows in the apartment bringing in light. It’s got a large living room, kitchen, and bedroom, with one medium size closet and two small closets. The apartment is on the 5th floor, but there is an elevator. Pets are welcome!
Rent is $3,045, but we are open to negotiation. The company that leases this building is a NO FEE company. You will not pay any brokers fees at any point with this company, even if you re-sign after the sublease.
There are also storage units available for rent in the building for $60/month, and water is included. Utilities average around $100/month. We’ve also started selling furniture, but we are open to selling some furniture discounted as well.
