It's on the second floor of a well-maintained small elevator building in Alphabet City. The most unique part is a *giant* patio which is amazing for hosting. I've also set up a large garden bed out there and have grown kale/tomatoes/grapes with great success! It gets full light during the day.
Besides that it's on a quiet street just a couple doors away with a lot of amazing spots just on the next street over.
