I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for the 6th floor spacious 530 sqft studio unit in a 32 story luxury building in Chelsea, which expires on 02/10/2024.
FYI, I already received landlord's permission for lease assignment but you need to fill out the application and pass the background check.
You will be paying an attractive monthly base rent of $3,430 which is at least $600 cheaper than the current rate of comparable units in the same building.

Please note that the base rent doesn't include monthly mandatory building amenities fee of $50 and other usage based fees (i.e. water heating, sewer, water and service) which have historically been around $25-30 dollars per month.
Also, note that you will need to pay for renter's insurance, electricity and internet as well as a security deposit of $3,430.
The security deposit will be returned after deducting the charges imposed by the apartment management based on the inspection of the condition of the apartment (e.g. wear and tear, cleaning and trash removal charges).
This unit will be unfurnished by default but I would be open to selling some of my furniture if you are interested and we agree on the price.
This unit has a west facing view and, as a result, it is probably the most quiet unit on the floor since it is facing away from 6th Ave as shown in the third posted photo.
I work from home and the street noise hasn't really bothered me.
Lastly, please note that the posted apartment video and 3d virtual tour images are for another studio unit a few floors directly above mine. They have the exact same layout, interiors and finishes though. The third photo shows the actual window view of my 6th floor unit.
