I am planning to be out of the country for the entire month of July 2023 (you could move in as early as June 27th if needed) and and am looking for someone who is interested in subletting my apartment during that period.

I would prefer that the end-date be July 31st, but can extend it to August 15th if necessary.

The unit will be fully furnished, and I am happy to leave additional items such as my dual-monitor setup, Google Home (synced with the lights and AC), Chromecast, etc.

I absolutely love this apartment, and am looking for someone who will appreciate it as much as I do and take good care of it during my absence. As such, my ideal sublessor would be either a working professional or graduate student.

IMPORTANT - this is a rent stabilized unit, so restrictions apply. You can have maximum assets of $333,500, and your income must be between $93,109.45 and $223,462.68 (this is a combined total for up to 2 people).

4 recent paystubs
2022 tax return
6 consecutive checking statements
Most recent asset statement (savings, investment, retirement, etc.)
