GREENWICH PENTHOUSE APARTMENT

Apt with private balcony on 1st floor AND a private roof on 2nd floor, move in date April 1st (or sooner if you want). $5200. This is a lease takeover for 6 months at this rate, then you would renew with the management company if you wish. I have been living here 2.5 years and I love it. I am moving because I bought a similar apt nearby, instead of renting, otherwise I would have stayed. This apartment is AMAZING and well cared for, the building has a doorman, elevator, laundry in basement, and is just about in Greenwich village (across the street is considered greenwich). The management is really nice, and prompt with any issues. Cat/dog friendly (I have a dog now). It has a private balcony on the first floor and a completely private roof with excellent manhattan views (you can see the fireworks on Jul 4th and NYE). The apartment is the last unit in the hallway and as such you only have 2 neighbors so its private. I hate to move, but my loss is your gain. I was looking on StreetEasy and can't find a single comparable apartment with this much privacy, roof access and amenities for this price.
