Looking for a tenant to sublet or take over our lease for a 1 BR / 1 BA apartment in 21 Chelsea. We have lived here for 3 years and this is an excellent building with a prime location (short walk to all major subway lines and across the street from Trader Joe's).
Not only does the building have great amenities (rooftop terrace with grills and seating, gym with equipment and Peloton bikes, 24-hour doorman, plenty of shared washer / dryers), our apartment itself is great (dishwasher, central air, small walk-in closet and south-facing windows that let in a ton of sunlight). You can see pictures of the apartment online at the 21 Chelsea website (google 21 Chelsea) and we're willing to show the apartment over FaceTime or live before making a decision.
We are buying an apartment and moving out in April, but have loved our time in 21 Chelsea.
