Please note that you should not have criminal record and must show proof of making a yearly income that it at least 40x the monthly rental rate. If this is difficult to prove, then a guarantor can be added to the lease. Please note that the guarantor must make 80x the monthly rental rate. (You can use a service like Rhino)

You will need to email me (the rental office) the below documents both for yourself and your guarantor so that I can verify the information that was entered on their application. This includes the following:

- Photo ID

- 2 most recent Bank Statements

- Letter of Employment on company letterhead stating job title and yearly income (if self-employed please provide most recent years Tax Return or a CPA income verification letter)

- 2 most recent Paystubs
