Hi all!
I have a short-term 1 bedroom apartment lease in Hell's Kitchen that is available February 01, 2023 - April 30, 2023 ($2,550/per month). The landlord is open to signing a full year lease.

About the apartment
There are windows facing in 3 directions which brings in a ton of natural light--great for plant parents! The kitchen is "NYC-large," and can fit 2-3 cooking comfortably. It is an electric stove top with oven. Plenty of kitchen cabinet space and mini bar top that can fit two bar stools. The living room space has a closet. The bedroom can comfortably fit a queen and has double-door closet with plenty of deep storage space. We can fit a bike in there and still have a lot of space (overhead too!).

About the building
Neighbors are nice, but I rarely run into them. There's a storage option the basement. Laundry in building (2 washers, 2 dryers) with an app to track availability and progress. The super is very friendly and accommodating!

About the neighborhood
The apartment is situated on 54th & 10th. There are plenty of bars and restaurants on 9th and 10th, but the apartment itself is on a very quiet residential street. There's a CVS just downstairs from the apartment. Two gyms (Crunch and Planet) around the corner. Central park 4 short blocks up.

Transit/Commuting Options
Plenty of subway options, as you can walk to the A, B, C, D, 1 at Columbus circle, or the N, Q, R, W.

This is a lease takeover - you'll sign an agreement with the landlord starting Feb 1 and going through April. The landlord is open to signing longer.
