Hi! I'm Rachel, a 29 y/o female designer looking for someone clean, responsible, and easy-going to sublet a room in my spacious 2bed apartment in Greenpoint (off Graham L stop) for 12 months. I work from home so ideally someone who does not wfh or travels frequently would be nice. Also, you must be cool with my small dog, Luca. He's a Chihuahua mix, very sweet :) Current roommate is moving in with her boyfriend and will be gone by March 1st.

Please note this is an UNFURNISHED room. I've included pics of it furnished just for reference. Some facts:
