You'll be sharing the living room/kitchen/bathroom with a clean and respectful architecture student (female, late 20s).

Additional fees

The apartment charges a one-time $500 move-in fee.

Any new roommate/sublet would need to complete/sign an application form and also provide proof of employment/salary (eg W-2, letter of employment, most recent pay stub, etc.), a recent bank statement and a copy of a photo ID.

If the applicant is a student, they would proof of enrollment (eg acceptance letter, course schedule, etc.) and how they'll be able to pay their portion of the rent (eg financial aid, savings, parental assistance, etc.).
