I was the first person to ever live in this apartment as this building is one of the best in Dumbo and one of the newest. The ceilings are very tall, there are huge windows that let in great light, and the finishes are spectacular for a rental building.
The garage is $325 a month (unheard of) and is inside the building (elevator goes straight there), maybe the best gym in Brooklyn (amazing Lifetime that has been open just a few months) and an amazing rooftop pool.
I'm honestly in love with this building and would stay if not for moving in with my boyfriend in a different borough.
