AMAZING VIEWS OF NYC!!! We love this apartment and the neighborhood. Unfortunately we will have to move before the end of our lease for work.
The apartment is super quiet, spacious (1,103 sqf) and with an amazing view of Manhattan skyline. It is close to the ferry, you can be in Midtown in 8 min.
It is also close to Hoboken, where you can find tons of good restaurants and things to do.
We're definitely gonna miss this location!
We initially need a sub tenant for 4 months and since we rented it in the middle of the pandemic, we locked the best deal you can have for this type of unit.
The building is also really flexible and a great rate is guarantee for good sub tenants after these 4 months.
