This spacious and well-lit apartment is up for sublet from January through June 2023, with an option to renew at the end of the term. With windows in every room, this spot was gut-renovated before we moved in this February, so you'll have new appliances that include a dishwasher, gas stove, and washer/dryer. The space also has central AC/heat, flooarboard heaters, and heated floors in the kitchen/bathroom. The landlord is local and helpful when needed; there is only one other unit in the building, and the neighbors are super kind as well.
We'll miss this place dearly! It's in our favorite neighborhood -- Williamsburg, but a bit east of the main streets so that it's not too hectic. It's 15 minutes to Manhattan on the L, with a grocery store one block away, great restaurants all around, multiple parks, and the best coffee shops.
Utilities are an estimated $200/month (including WiFi). We're asking for a security deposit as well, which is one month's rent. Subletter(s) must make 40x rent and have a 700+ credit score. Sadly, no pets are allowed.
