I'm only moving because my partner and I are moving in together.
Amenities (beautiful large gym, heated indoor lap pool, hot tub, lounge, rooftop, etc.) are $83.60 per month.
All bedroom furniture is available to buy (cost is negotiable). Same thing for living room furniture, with the exception of the TV, coffee table, and end table - which are not available.
I currently have highspeed internet for $79.99 and my average utility bills for 2022 have been $110.68 per month, but I tend to use my AC and heating quite a bit so it may be cheaper for you.
