Base rent is $6325 but I am offering it for $4800 since i've had to move so suddenly. No broker fees. Note that you must be able to show income that is 40x the base rent (~$253k) to qualify with the building. You can keep the furniture if you would like.

Lease runs through 6/19/23, at which point you can renew with the building.

Incentives

I will provide enough free rent such that your net effective rent is equal to what we decide. The apartment can be taken with or without the existing furniture at no extra cost.
