Everything is brand new and the floors are beautiful. We have a courtyard connecting both buildings on the property and everyone that works here is amazing.
Deposit on the apartment will need to be Venmo'd to me. The building will do a walkthrough to make sure everything is in good condition. The deposit I paid to the building will be paid back to the new tenant once the lease expires.
