This is an incredible building and unit located in Tribeca / North Battery Park (above Asphalt Green, north of Goldman Sachs and Brookfield Place, south of Teardrop Park on the Hudson River, across the street from Whole Foods, off the West Side Highway, and close to the 1/2/3/A/C/E trains). I am only giving up the apartment due to a move to the West Coast. I signed a two-year lease in July 2022 and locked in a low monthly rate for a one-bedroom in a doorman, full-service amenity building in this area. The building's management is easy to work with and happy to reassign my lease to a new tenant.

Qualifying tenants must demonstrate a total household income of 40 times the rent ($160K+). The following paperwork is required to apply:

Incentives

The move-in date between December 1, 2022 and January 1, 2022 is flexible. I will cover the $250 lease reassignment fee required by the building.

Additional fees

There is a $20 credit check fee associated with each credit/background check. Once approved, the building requires two certified or cashiers’ checks (made out to Milford Management) each in the amount of one months’ rent (one for security deposit, the other for first months rent in January).
