Additional fees

Tenant must pay a $20 application fee to the building so they can run a background check. The building also requires tenants to have an income of 40x rent (or guarantors to have an income of 80x rent). Additionally, tenants must submit a lease consent form, W-9 form, bank statements, employment letter, landlord reference, photo ID copy, and other standard lease documents (i.e. sprinkler form, window guard form, bedbug form, etc.).
